So I made a trip downtown to Austin the other day… here are some pictures for you to look at.

Bored in the airport…

There were two of these crazy looking buses that I saw while out.. the cab driver had no idea what they were for. Said it was probably just hippies.

I think this is the Governors Mansion… because it looks like the drawing of it I saw in the bathroom of the resort last night.

We got lunch at this Irish Pub downtown called Fadóthere was also a Futbol game on so it was kinda rowdy. I got a wrap that was amazing.

Southwestern Rollóg

A winning combination of spicy fried chicken, buffalo sauce, red chile aioli, pico de gallo, pepper jack cheese, romaine lettuce wrapped and rolled in a gourmet spinach tortilla. Served with homemade slaw.

I also enjoyed a few pints of Guiness which were also amazing. I don’t think you can beat Guiness from an Irish Pub… it always seems to taste so much better.

This is the bed I have in my room. It’s the first real Murphy Bed I’ve ever seen. I don’t know why anyone would want to fold it up though… unless they wanted to play football or something in the room.

More bed. It’s super comfortable too… its got a pillow top on it and everything. So far I give this resort an A-, its very nice but there are a few things that seem really cheap and dont fit in at all…
